Before placing your order, please carefully measure your pet’s size and weight, and compare it with the product’s size chart. If you have more questions, leave a message in the bottom-right chat box—we’ll respond by the next day.

Yes, absolutely! Leave your measurements in the order notes and we’ll verify the sizes you selected. If something doesn’t match, we’ll contact you by email—please keep an eye on your inbox.

Measure the widest part of the chest first, then record the back length and neck circumference. Italian Greyhounds, Whippets and Borzois often have deeper chests and narrower waists than other breeds, so weight alone is not enough to choose a size.

Not necessarily. Their proportions can be similar, but individual chest, back and neck measurements vary. Always use the size guide for the specific product rather than choosing by breed name alone.

Some styles may fit selected Borzoi sizes, but not every item is available in a suitable size. Compare your dog’s measurements with the size range on the individual product page before ordering.

The garment should sit securely without pulling across the chest, shoulders, belly or front legs. Your dog should be able to walk, turn and lie down naturally.

Discounted items are not eligible for a full refund. If the order was delivered within mainland China and the size is not right, you may request an exchange under our return and exchange policy.
