Returns & Exchange

Sometimes you may change your mind, or things just didn’t work out as planned. We understand. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and you may choose to receive store credit, exchange the item for a different product, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded in full.

2. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

3. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pet apparel that has been worn or tried on, especially if there is any possibility of contamination or health-related issues.

4. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. We cannot accept returns for international orders.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email. We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Fees

1. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

1. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. If a discount code was used in the original order, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price.
